Hello Mountaineers!

We had a fantastic show with The Seedy Seeds at Blind Bobs! Despite the snow, people came out and rock history was made.

Check out shows page for our new show dates in both Columbus and Lexington.

January 19th UPDATE

Well, we tracked a little bit of everything for a song or two. Sounds like we want it to so we are on the right track! In case anyone actually knows the songs or cares. Here is a whats been played with so far.

In My Time of Sorrow
The River
I Finally Gave Into The Feeling

These songs have very different feels and we think this new record is going to be much more diverse and fun than the first one. We have the time, but we will try our best not to drag it out too long. We are shooting for a Spring/Summer release. Also once the record and more merch roll in, we are hitting the road. Read more below.

YouIndie.com did an interview with Burris.

Also, the big show is tomorrow night!!! And we need your support. These are good bands from Cincinnati and they chose to come to Dayton. lately I feel that more and more bands are coming to Dayton to play. Our scene is becoming more vibrant. In order to keep bands coming here while on tour, we all need to come out to shows. Plain and simple. And cheap. $5. Come drink beers with us. "Smooth American Beer Rock".

Starts at 9pm. Door at 8:30pm. $5 cover charge. Ages: 21+

No No Knots will open, followed by Me & Mountains and The Seedy Seeds.
Come early. Each band is fantastic!!! DONT MISS THIS!

Also Burris is demoing songs for a solo release this year. Check out an "at home demo track"!

Recording update

Hey again Mountaineers,

Word from the boys is that we have 4 or 5 drum tracks done. So...we are about half way there on drums. Once those are done, we should be able to soar through the rest of it. It's no secret that drums can be one of the most difficult instruments to play and record properly. We believe in Pete. He shreds.

As for shows, the January 20th Blind Bobs show is coming up quickly! We are excited to have are friends from Cincinnati (The Seedy Seeds and No No Knots) in Dayton with us for a night of rocking goodness. They both put on a hell of a show. Don't miss it.

oh and Burris is one year older today. that is all.
